(1) You can make the payment by credit card via through PayPal online or email gebf@acgebf.org for the bank account number to transfer registration fees from your local bank. Please notice that only USD is accepted on conference site.

(2) GEBF Registrants who wish to pay the registeration fee on the scene must advise in advance by email before May 31, 2013 and send us the approval/receipt of the hotel reservation and the plane ticket receipt to Bali for reference.

(3) If you can not attend the conference after you pay for the registration fee, please email to the secretariat. No Refund Issued.

(4) Please be sure that you will have to pay the registration fee in advance before you will receive an invitation letter. It needs several weeks or months to apply VISA , so attendees should be advised to apply no later than 1 months prior to the conference.

(5) Following the policy the 2012 GEBF, every accepted paper has to be registered. If the paper is written by multi-author, each conference participant has to pay for the registration fee.
